These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the TextDigo platform. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Using the service
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use TextDigo to send unlawful, abusive or unsolicited messages, or in any way that violates the rules of the messaging channels you connect.
3. Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can change or cancel your plan at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
4. Your content
You retain ownership of the data and content you process through the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate and improve the service for you.
5. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep the service available but provide it on an 'as is' basis. We may update features and these terms; material changes will be communicated in advance.
